Monitor system temperature with SpeedFan
December 6, 2009 by ravindra
SpeedFan is a free hardware monitoring tool that allow you to monitors voltages, fan speeds and temperatures in computers with hardware monitor chips. With Speedfan, you can automatically adjust fan speeds according to your current system temperature.

In addition, program also access to S.M.A.R.T. info and show hard disk temperatures. SpeedFan can even change the FSB on some hardware (but this should be considered a bonus feature). SpeedFan can access digital temperature sensors and can change fan speeds accordingly, thus reducing noise.SpeedFan runs as a tray icon, that displays the current system temperature.
